If you lead a team of people or multiple teams, our Leadership Retreats are for you!
In 2023, we are also introducing Leadership Retreats for specific groups! Sometimes, it is refreshing to come together with professionals who are facing similar challenges, so we’re tailoring these events to address those challenges throughout the experience.
Our “tailored” Leadership Retreats in 2023 include:
• Lead Self for Leaders in Human Resources and Talent Development (Feb 27 – Mar 1, 2023)
• Lead Others for People Leaders and Department Managers (May 8 – 10, 2023)
• Lead Self for Ministry Leaders and Pastors (Sep 11 – 13, 2023)
• Lead Others for Christian Business Leaders (Nov 6 – 8, 2023)
Is there a dress code?
Dress comfortably and casually! 👟
• Jeans are acceptable
• Athletic wear may be helpful for participating in outdoor activities, such as climbing our ropes courses
• Closed-toe shoes are required for all activities. We recommend sneakers!
Please keep in mind that you’ll be networking and collaborating with other professionals from different industries throughout the experience.
How much does a Leadership Retreat Ticket cost?
2023 & 2024 Leadership Retreat tickets cost $899 + tax.
This includes all expenses for the entirety of the event: two nights of lodging at WinShape Retreat, all meals and snacks, all program sessions, exclusive resources, and a journal.
In 2023, we are introducing a new opportunity to add 6 months of Coaching to your Leadership Retreat ticket purchase! When you register, simply choose the Coaching Add-On option and we’ll connect you with a WinShape Teams Coach.
We also have a gift shop where you can purchase books, gifts, and swag when you’re on campus!

What should I expect?
> Expect to be fully engaged & present.
> Expect to receive additional reading materials before, during, and after the event for continued learning.
> Expect to “breakout” into smaller groups for facilitated discussions, problem solving activities, and more.
> Expect to get up and move around! This is not an all-day, seated lecture. Our hands-on activities may require physical movement, including: walking, climbing, balancing, and more.
> Expect to discuss real leadership challenges you may be facing (and how to solve them) with other leaders.
> Expect to learn a TON on how to lead others well. Our speakers will give you practical tips on how to apply the principles of Servant Leadership.
> Expect to receive WinShape’s second-mile service, hospitality, and care.
> Expect to dine at our 4-star retreat and eat your fill in snacks!
> Expect to have boat loads of fun in a one-of-a-kind, leadership experience!

How do I get to WinShape?
Transportation to WinShape is not included, so please plan accordingly! Directions to WinShape Retreat (where you will check in for your Retreat) can be found on Google Maps.
The nearest airports are Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta airport and the Chattanooga airport. Both are approximately a 1.5 – 2 hour drive from our campus, and both offer rental car options as well.
How do I get around the Mount Berry campus?
Because of the size of WinShape’s campus, it can be a little tricky to know where everything is.
We’ve included a map below to help you know where to go when you get on campus.

How To Send the “Convince My Boss” Letter:
