Meet Cara Strickland.
Cara Strickland has a heart for healthy teamwork. In fact, she is energized by collaboration and serving alongside guests, colleagues and friends. These relationships fuel her passion for excellence and keep her pursuing the next horizon.
In her role as a coordinator for WinShape Teams’ Digital Marketing, she specializes in highlighting stories of impact and cultivating relationships with guests through content creation, social media and other digital asset management. Cara is not new to the world of WinShape Teams, in fact, her relationship with Teams began as a student.
The day she was touring WinShape Teams’ facilities as part of an outing with her high school club, she couldn’t have possibly known that she would be working in those very same hallways years down the road. Drawing on her educational background in strategic communications and graphic design along with a wealth of ministry and business experience in marketing and communications, Cara brings an innovative perspective to the team.
Cara is married her high school sweetheart, Sawyer, and together they have a yellow lab named Phyllis. In her spare time, Cara loves being in nature — she’d choose a day in the mountains over a day at the beach (most of the time, at least). She also enjoys watching 80s and 90s rom-coms.
