Charles Hooper invests in individuals and teams with focus and confidence. Since early in life, he’s maintained a passion for developing leaders who develop other leaders — a passion reflected in the educational path he chose.
With an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, a Master of Divinity Degree, and as a current Doctoral Candidate in Strategic Leadership, Charles brings more than 30 years of experience in the human resources, leadership development, and talent management fields to the work that he does.
As a Master Certified Coach credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching, and Certified Coach for Strengths-Finder, the Birkman Method, and EQi 2.0 Emotional Intelligence, he is uniquely equipped to work with individuals and organizations to collaboratively craft leadership development processes and solutions best suited to them.
In his role as an Executive Coach with WinShape Teams, Charles carries out his personal mission statement of "accelerating leaders through complexity with clarity." He employs strategic thinking to help individuals and organizations bridge the gap between vision casting and reality, providing practical steps to operationalize tangible change and healthy growth. He also cultivates the warm and supportive environment crucial to leading clients on an authentic journey of personal and professional discovery.
Charles and his wife, Jill, have been married since 1989. Together they enjoy watching their six adult sons thrive in life and business. In his spare time, you might find Charles reading, spending a day at the gun range, hiking, or watching University of Georgia football — go, Dawgs!
