Meet Harrison Earp.
Harrison Earp is passionate about equipping others to reach their fullest potential so they can live a fulfilled and impactful life. After graduating with a degree in Psychology, he began working with WinShape Teams, where he has helped lead a culture of thriving leaders and teams for nearly a decade. Harrison has also used his Wilderness EMT Certification to lead backcountry experiences for dozens of groups over the years.
As the Operations Senior Manager, Harrison manages program operations and logistics, leads the new staff onboarding process, and develops and executes the strategy for staff care and cultural events. For him, working at WinShape has been an adventure of personal development and growth that has caused him to push the status quo, both for himself and those who come to WinShape Teams.
Harrison’s lifelong dream is to be a professional fisherman; until then, you’ll find him making magic happen at WinShape Teams! When he's not at Teams, Harrison enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking and paddle boarding with his wife, Thelma and three kids, Evelyn, Joel, and Charlie.
