Meet Jesse Parrish.
Jesse Parrish has a passion for coming alongside individuals and teams to lead them through experiences that develop self-understanding, empower decision making and encourage purposeful living. After receiving his Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Richmont Graduate University, Jesse worked for more than six years as a licensed professional counselor.
During this time, he had the opportunity to work with more than 400 clients with 6000+ hours of face-to-face time. He led numerous leadership retreats across the globe where he used his gifting for connecting with emerging leaders and helping them discover their strengths, mission, and purpose.
In 2010, Jesse joined WinShape Teams, which has been an avenue for him to develop and connect with leaders and teams. Jesse understands the adult learning gaps between hearing, seeing and experiencing. He actively works to bridge these gaps by connecting theory and application in order to effectively maximize his time with clients.
He also develops program and resource content that equip clients well in their journeys toward better leading, teaming, and following. During his time with WinShape, Jesse has had the unique opportunity to work with more than 300 groups and 4000 people across the U.S. and internationally in Kenya, Egypt, Germany, the Czech Republic and Indonesia.
When Jesse is not working with teams and leaders, he enjoys spending time at home with his wife and son, or wading a stream with a fly-fishing rod in hand.
