How do you know if someone needs encouragement? If they are breathing.
Jessie Belcher’s dream job is defined as anything that allows her to encourage others to achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential. As a Facilitation Coordinator, she gets the opportunity to do that every day. Whether leading her teammates or working with individual clients, Jessie thrives in developing others with authenticity, love and truth.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing and her Master of Education in Professional Counseling from the University of West Georgia (UWG). Jessie previously worked in career development and coaching at UWG where she was charged with evaluating student needs and gaps, creatively filling those gaps, implementing service and making resources accessible to students. She also coordinated student life programs and piloted a leadership program for first-year students.
Jessie’s friends would describe her as a loving, patient, thoughtful, loyal, animated goofball that never meets a stranger. Her hobbies consist of eating (preferably every two hours), running, lifting weights and hanging out with friends, family and Wilson (her Boston Terrier).
If you catch Jessie during lunchtime, chances are she’s eating a salad – her daily meal of choice since 2015.
