Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.
In her role as Resources and Training Specialist, Kristin works behind the scenes to research, develop, and produce new activities and challenges for WinShape Teams. She brings a wealth of knowledge to this area from her experience serving as a Facilitator and Lead Facilitator for two and a half years, which involved leading clients through activities in programs on and off the challenge course.
Kristin graduated from Auburn University in 2016 with a degree in Environmental Design and two minors: Nature-Based Recreation and Rural and Community Development. This education, which is centered on creating intentional spaces for meaningful impact, has been beneficial to her role with WinShape Teams as she dreams and plans for future activity experiences, outdoor courses and spaces.
Kristin’s greatest desire is for others to experience a fulfilling life where they are truly seen, known and valued. Helping people imagine the possibilities of their desired future is what she hopes to accomplish most in her role.
At her core, Kristin is a country girl who loves her southern, tiny-town roots and absolutely adores animals (such as her horse and two dogs)! She is married to her best friend and college sweetheart, Josh, whom she met in the Auburn University Marching Band. In their free time, they enjoy watching college football, cooking farm-fresh meals and traveling to new places.
Kristin has been an adventure-seeker from the very start; she parasailed once when she was three years old!
