Meet Oliver Jones.
Oliver Jones has a heart for serving others and seeing them succeed. He desires to leverage his past experiences alongside the programming expertise at WinShape Teams to help clients become stronger, healthier teams and leaders.
In his career, Oliver has seen the marketing world from both the agency and client side. After a few years of cutting his teeth as an account executive in the fast-paced agency world, Oliver transitioned into marketing roles inside Fortune 100 organizations, working in areas such as go-to-market, regional marketing, sponsorships, community engagement, and field sales. This varied experience, coupled with an educational background in communications and business, including an MBA, has given Oliver a breadth of marketing knowledge and skills anchored in delivering excellent customer experiences that drive brand growth.
At WinShape Teams, Oliver uses this skill and knowledge to lead the organization’s marketing strategy as the Manager of Marketing. He and his marketing team seek to drive deeper connection with the individuals and teams they serve through meaningful interactions with their brand. They work to extend the reach of WinShape Teams with the mission of building strong, healthy, and fulfilling teams who change the world around them.
When he’s not working, Oliver enjoys spending time with his family, his wife of 14 years—who just so happens to be his middle school sweetheart—and their 4 kiddos. They are actively involved in foster care and enjoy adventuring together in the great outdoors as much as possible. In the little free time he has, Oliver loves a good DIY project and takes any chance he can get to wade through a mountain stream with a fly rod in search of native trout. During baseball season, you can find them cheering on their home team, the Atlanta Braves!
