Who should attend?
WinShape Teams Summits are designed for:

If you lead a team of people or multiple teams, Summits are for you!
In 2023, we are also introducing Summits for specific groups! Sometimes, it is refreshing to come together with professionals who are facing similar challenges, so we’re tailoring these events to address those challenges throughout the experience.
Our “tailored” Summits in 2023 include:
• Lead Self for Leaders in Human Resources and Talent Development (Feb 27 – Mar 1, 2023)
• Lead Others for People Leaders and Department Managers (May 8 – 10, 2023)

Is there a dress code?
Dress comfortably and casually! 👟
• Jeans are acceptable
• Athletic wear may be helpful for participating in outdoor activities, such as climbing our ropes courses
• Closed-toe shoes are required for all activities. We recommend sneakers!
Please keep in mind that you’ll be networking and collaborating with other professionals from different industries throughout the Summit experience.
How much does a Summit Ticket cost?
2022 Summit tickets cost $799 + tax.
2023 Summit tickets cost $899 + tax.
This includes all expenses for the entirety of the event: two nights of lodging at WinShape Retreat, all meals and snacks, all program sessions, exclusive resources, and a journal.
In 2023, we are introducing a new opportunity to add 6 months of Coaching to your Summit ticket purchase! When you register, simply choose the Coaching Add-On option and we’ll connect you with a WinShape Teams Coach.
We also have a gift shop where you can purchase books, gifts, and swag when you’re on campus!

What should I expect?
> Expect to be fully engaged & present.
> Expect to receive additional reading materials before, during, and after the event for continued learning.
> Expect to “breakout” into smaller groups for facilitated discussions, problem solving activities, and more.
> Expect to get up and move around! This is not an all-day, seated lecture. Our hands-on activities may require physical movement, including: walking, climbing, balancing, and more.
> Expect to discuss real leadership challenges you may be facing (and how to solve them) with other leaders.
> Expect to learn a TON on how to lead others well. Our speakers will give you practical tips on how to apply the principles of Servant Leadership.
> Expect to receive WinShape’s second-mile service, hospitality, and care.
> Expect to dine at our 4-star retreat and eat your fill in snacks!
> Expect to have boat loads of fun in a one-of-a-kind, leadership experience!

How do I get to WinShape?
Transportation to WinShape is not included, so please plan accordingly! Directions to WinShape Retreat (where you will check in for your Summit) can be found on Google Maps.
The nearest airports are Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta airport and the Chattanooga airport. Both are approximately a 1.5 – 2 hour drive from our campus, and both offer rental car options as well.
How do I get around the Mount Berry campus?
Because of the size of WinShape’s campus, it can be a little tricky to know where everything is.
We’ve included a map below to help you know where to go when you get on campus.

If you want to attend a Summit, but you aren’t the keeper of the budget, click the button below to access a letter that you can copy and paste into your messaging platform of choice.
How To Send the “Convince My Boss” Letter:
- • Click here to access the letter
- • COPY the content in the letter (use cmd + c on Apples, ctrl + c on all others)
- • PASTE the content into your messaging platform of choice, such as an email draft, Slack, Word, or Google Doc (use cmd + v on Apples, ctrl + v on all others)
- • EDIT the letter to change all the fields in blue before you send! These are the personalized portions of the letter that will only make sense when you change them. You can also tweak the letter to fit your needs in order to send a message that will actually “stick” with your leader.
