Meet Naomi Fowler.
Naomi Fowler believes embracing the diverse gifts present on a team lays a strong foundation for success. She loves helping team members understand who they are and watching them confidently embrace who they were created to be. Naomi says, “When we come together in our strengths and humbly work through our weaknesses, the journey becomes more enjoyable.”
As an Instructor with WinShape Teams, Naomi helps build strong, healthy and fulfilled teams that are poised and prepared to change the world around them. According to Naomi, learning is never a “one size fits all” venture. Instead, she enjoys crafting educational experiences that are tailored to each specific team — its current dynamics and its future goals. This approach allows her to foster timely growth in the areas where a team needs it most.
A native of San Antonio and a fan of the University of Texas at Austin (hook ‘em!), in her spare time Naomi loves to make art. Whether it's painting, sculpting, drawing or crafting, she enjoys it all. When not in “creation mode” herself, Naomi is likely off enjoying God’s creation— playing ultimate frisbee, running long distances, hiking, or roller skating outside — or brushing off her first-degree black belt in tae kwon do.
